QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer" for our Yazaki Gemlik Plant with below job description and qualifications.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure customer satisfaction products and services, through Quality Management Systems,
- Ensuring compliance of established (internal and external) quality standards by providing consultancy and support in planning,
- Implementation and production phase, managing inspection, ensuring the implementation of countermeasures for standards and follow-ups.
Supplier Quality Complaint Management:
- Participate in problem solving activities and investigations with purpose to understand if it´s supplier related problem
- Responsible to Issue supplier complaints using GQRS-C system
- Responsible to monitor and assure supplier containment actions( such us: Sorting, Rework, Scrap), when done inside Yazaki plants
- Responsible to evaluate and decide acceptance or not about clear 8D reports from suppliers
- Responsible to manage and close in the proper manner all issued complaints when all process is in accepted status
- Participate and support in supplier process visits related to problem solving issues
Reporting:
- Reporting weekly and monthly through the plant reports documents provided by Supplier Development the actions / roadblocks found when managing claims with suppliers
- Ensuring that daily work activities are shared between shift changes
KPI Management:
- Following up the objectives related to the department
QUALIFICATOINS:
- Preferably with experience in wiring field
- University graduate preferable from engineering fields
- Good command of English both in written and spoken (Part of the interview will be held in English)
- Good communication and team working skills
- Good PC Skills (MS Office)
- Residence in Bursa
- No military obligation for male candidates
