QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job description:
- Management of complaint and errorfeedback process for purchased partsoflocal/international suppliers, definition and implementation of measures
- Coordination of supplier visits, implementation of proactive and reactive supplier improvement measures
- Control of the comprehensive commodity management for quality issues
- Management of the repair process for purchased parts
- Tracking created invoices to suppliers regarding complaints and repairs
- Evaluating and monitoring the quality performance of suppliers
- Examination of customer complaints within the scope of the purchased part with the quality department for the delivered vehicles
- Supplier management representatives for a specified range of parts in projects relevant to supplier quality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineeringor arelatedfield
- Experience in materials technology, production or quality processes desirable
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, goal-oriented action, ability to work in a team
- Fluency in English andGerman is animportantasset
- Experience in MS Office
- SAP – QM experience is an advantage
- Completed military service an advantage for male applicants
