We are looking for innovative, team spirited " Supply Chain Coordinator " to join our team for Ficosa plant in Bursa-Nilüfer which is the leading company in Automotive sector, with the following qualifications:
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or Similar fields)
- At least 3 year of experience in the Automotive Industry preferably in a similar position in Supply Chain department
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Good command of Microsoft Office Programs ( Excel Macros, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent presentation, strong communication, and relationship-building skills
- Having strong knowledge about ISO 16949
Job Description:
- Coordinating the work of supplier logistics technicians and customer logistics technicians and make sure that they work in accordance with the logistics procedures published by FICOSA,
- Organizing the revision of plans according to changes and deviations,
- To analyze and calculate installation, machine and human resources work costs, and ensures that these costs are kept at the optimum level,
- Performing daily production evaluation control in various departments and ensures that necessary organizations are made for timely production,
- Checking the supplier of shipment performances and prepares action plans if necessary,
- To train suppliers to increase their logistics efficiency,
- Organizing the team for planning production and shipment,
- Keeping MRP’s data up to date,
- Taking part in the orientation team and to give Supply Chain orientation training to new employees,
- Information security action plans, political developments and decisions to be taken about service provision to contribute and express the views of their departments on these issues,
- To inform departments of information security priorities.
