GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking 'Supply Chain Excellence Manager' for our client which has located at Tuzla.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management Engineering or a master's degree,
  • Preferably at least 6-10 years of experience in a similar position in metal, iron-steel or similar industry,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team management experience,
  • Good command of both written and spoken English,
  • Residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul and Kocaeli or will be able to.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Leading the management of cultural change,
  • To ensure that supply chain designs are effectively applied in the most efficient way to end-to-end supply chain processes,
  • Evaluating technical designs, process designs and role-responsibility allocation in projects submitted within the scope of the supply chain and guiding the team,
  • Identifying all design supply chain needs and revealing supply chain strategies in order to increase customer satisfaction and reduce supply chain costs,
  • Jobs; To do in accordance with the relevant procedures, instructions and control plans within the Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety and Energy and Saving standards
  • To constantly follow the developments in information technologies and to project new technologies in accordance with the needs of the company,
  • Using project management skills to define and implement the short-medium and long-term best practices of supply chain processes, tools, systems efficiently with a view to continuous improvement,
  • Managing and coordinating the relations of the supply chain functions with the relevant departments within the company or external stakeholders,
  • To form teams of cross-functional expertise areas and ensure coordination to support the implementation of projects related to the supply chain,
  • Ensuring that customer service level (SLA) and operational level (OLA) agreements are made,
  • Providing consultancy support to other units in the supply chain.
