The Role reports to Supply Chain Team Leader and works in strong collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Sales Support, Production, Procurement teams.
Job Description
- Prepare and coordinate the S&OP process targeting maximum efficiency in supply chain process
- Make accurate, effective, and timely short-, medium- and long-term demand &; material planning by comparing the forecast given by the brands with historical data and stock levels
- Provide information to the relevant sales managers , make necessary interventions in material planning proactively to ensure an effective and on time management for the continuity of production and delivery
- Control and monitor the inventory reports on monthly basis strictly to ensure internal coordination for optimization of slow-moving,non-moving, and idle stocks
- Be the key user of material master data and planning and production modules in the ERP system.
- Prepare inventory stock reports and performance reports periodically
- Calculate supply chain key performance indicators and report periodically
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline from a reputable university
- Minimum 2-4 years of supply chain planning experience in a production plant;preferably in fast moving consumer goods, textile, printing, and packaging industries
- ERP experience in material planning is a plus, preferably SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs , advanced knowledge of Excel
- Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills in connection to continues improvement mindset
- Able to communicate effectively with different departments, willing to work in teams
- Highly self – motivated , proactive approach to adapt quickly to dynamic conditions
- For male candidates, having completed their military service
