QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Min. 2 years experience in related field,
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- MS Office Applications knowledge
- Knowledge of importing goods from oversea countries
- Strong multi-tasking and analytical skills,
- Communication skills,
- Eager to learn, open for improvement,
- No military obligation (for men)
- Located in Istanbul (Europe side)
Responsibilities and tasks
- Managing all orders from local suppliers, raw materials or finished goods
- Managing all import orders from oversea suppliers
- Communicate with suppliers and get the best lead time
- Creating purchase orders for 3rd party suppliers
- Analyse customer’s request with sales team
- Coordinate shipment priorities
- Searching for alternative suppliers to work
- Making regularly meeting with suppliers for customer needs
- Monitor forecast and follow up quotations
