GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a team member who will work as a "Sustainability Supervisor" to be appointed at Zorlu Holding Corporate Communications General Directorate.
The ideal candidate should be purpose oriented, sensitive to social, environmental, cultural developments and transformations having high level of awareness. He/she should preferably be trained in areas such as sustainability, innovation, intrapreneurship and has worked or continuing to participate in voluntary work, civil society seeking meaning in his/her work.
Our best candidate should be thriving in a collaborative work environment, be excited to influence change, enjoying exploration, reading and new learnings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in engineering, environmental science, international relations, business administration or other related fields; preferably participated in double major / minor programs or having a Master’s degree in relevant field,
- 7+ years of work experience, of which minimum 5 years in sustainability,
- Preferably with agency or consultancy background regarding sustainability projects,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- High written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to develop and lead content and projects,
- Proven knowledge and expertise in project management, technical consultancy, monitoring and reporting on sustainability,
- High level of energy and passionate about sustainability,
- Prone to teamwork, initiative taker, innovative, aggressive, high level of resilience, agile,
- Ability to work in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, with coordination and organizational skills,
- High media literacy following the global developments, sustainability initiatives and megatrends,
- Demonstrates expertise in sustainability area, participates in continuous professional development
Job Description
- Researching, planning, establishing and developing policies, goals, outcomes and assessment criteria for sustainability strategy and corporate sustainability program
- Developing sustainability initiatives and assessing their cost effectiveness, technical feasibility and means of implementation
- Leading, coordinating and supporting the corporate sustainability program, activities and projects of the group companies under the sustainability strategy; intrapreneurship, gender equality, employee volunteer programs etc.
- Following global and industry related trends to develop strategies and action plans
- Analyzing and reporting the effectiveness and results of sustainability projects
- Working on sustainability reporting
- Planning and carrying out the meeting for Sustainablility Steering Committee
- Planning and coordinating the required training programs for the awereness of the employees about sustainability
- Working for increasing the awareness and the participation in sustainable development projects
- Coordinating and executing sustainability communication activities
- Managing all related third party relationship
