QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Must be able to deal with complex systems with minimal supervision
- Manages the installation, operation and maintenance of the hardware, software, storage, backup, security tools and LAN/WAN devices
- Troubleshooting SAN problems, adding/merging LUN’s, developing backup procedures including VTL, and disaster data replication. Performing backups and restores, DRC tests, etc.
- Advanced level knowledge of Windows Client and Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, O365, IIS, Clustering
- Experience on managing Hyperconverged Environment (VmWare, Nutanix)
- Self starter and enabler
- Team player
Job Description
- Provide day to day operations and in-depth technical support
- Determining future requirements and manage related projects
- Ensures networks, workstations, operating systems and software applications are operational; ensures hardware and software is patched and/or updated; ensures all analog and broadband circuits are operational in accordance with vendor specifications.
- Ensures for the availability, continuity and security of data and information pertaining to the organization
- Follow-up processes and procedures, document and collect evidences for IT Audits.
