We are looking for a team member : Support Speacialist who will work with our clients to provide solutions and supports for our products aftersales process.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Technical Operations & Delivery Services Manager.
- Setups, maintains and supports Logsign SIEM & SOAR products & solutions for Logsign’s clients after sales process.
- Analyzes and optimizes performance of systems, eliminates bottlenecks, plans for capacity upgrades.
- Performs data integrity checks and harden security of systems along with audits and procedures.
- Follows for new trends about cyber security platforms. (including security new worldwide/newspaper and magazines)
- Prepares documentation of procedures & policies for Logsign SIEM & SOAR products.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of IT and/or cyber security sectors experience
- Working experience in TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS
- Basic knowledge in Linux / Windows log configuration auditing.
- Basic knowledge in virtualization environments.
- Knowledge of logging and performance monitoring tools (Graylog, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus) are plus
- Excellent command of communication skills (especially with clients)
- Good command of English
- Analytical thinker, teamplayer and solution-oriented.
- Military service is required to be completed for male candidates
- Living in Asian side of Istanbul is preferable. (Remote working is also available)
