QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

You come with:

  • C1 level of English (both written & spoken);
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree;
  • PC operating skills, Excel operating knowledge (functions, filters, sorting), Word (document formatting, tables, images), PowerPoint, Outlook;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment and selection;


Your day in Conectys:

  • You will operate approved marketing tools with the talent pool on approved channels in order to contact and perform initial screening interviews for specific talent acquisition projects as well as employer branding initiatives;
  • You will create Recruitment Manuals – including sourcing strategies, ads and communication messages for standard expert roles recruited locally;
  • You will perform selection interviews, negociate offer checklists with candidates and make offers for mass Talent Acquisition projects (specialist level roles);
  • You will negociate with business managers to achieve effective implementation of Talent Acquisition projects for expert level roles;
  • You will gather market data (referring to candidates & competitors) that supports the Talent Acquisition business goals & routines
  • Maintain a strong connection with management for the best results and communication for your tasks;
