QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We as Yıldırım Holding are looking for an ‘Tax Specialist’ to be based in Headquarter Finance Department for our growing organization.
- A University Degree from reputable universities with a major in Business Administration, Finance or Economics,
- Having min. 2 years experience in a multinational company (preferably tax departments of audit companies or a multinational company),
- Professional knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point),
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Adequate knowledge of domestic and international legislation,
- Outstanding problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills,
- Team player with analytical mind-set and willingness for research and development,
- No obstacles for traveling.
Job Description
- Monitoring and analyzing the tax applications in group companies,
- Following up the recent and upcoming changes in domestic and international tax regulations,
- Following up required tax reports and projects,
- Supporting to prepare of local and global tax reports of the Group,
- Supporting to the M&A projects,
- Supporting the transfer pricing documentation,
- Data analyzing from all subsidiaries for Country-by-country reporting (CbCR) requirements in line with BEPS action plan of OECD,
- Coordination of application the investment incentives certificate and communication with related government institutions.
