GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a Financial Controller Supervisor to join our Financial Controller Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics;
- Prior experience in audit and financial control with strong analytical skills;
- 1-3 years of experience in one of the big four audit companies is appreciated;
- Good knowledge of Turkish accounting standards and IFRS;
- Fluent in English both verbal and written; able to cooperate with different entities/nations
- Strong skills in Excel and MS office;
- Result oriented with strong team sprit;
- Good communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION - Provides all financial reporting, budgeting & forecasts, analysis, internal controls and balance sheet review processes, in line with IFRS, corporate policies and reporting requirements.
- Analyzes any significant variances in budget & forecast and operating results to ensure the accuracy of our financials and to initiate the corrective or the improvement actions, as needed.
- Precise end of period results, financial and activity data are prepared and analyzed, in line with corporate governance framework.
- Coordinates any optimization process, through the improvement of the existing IT system or through improved procedures. Support the related departments for software development.
- Initiate, lead or actively participate in special projects that meet the needs of the company and/or enhance efficiencies and streamline department processes and procedures
- Reporting to Senior Manager
We implemented Smart Working as our hybrid working model where we work 3 days from office and 2 days from home, on weekly basis.
