GENEL NİTELİKLER

Job Title: INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS OFFICE SALES MANAGER

1) Responsibilities:

1. Transversal Management: Coordination functions between Arval Entities, Group Sales, BNPP/TEB, shares information & best practices within the team and with relevant teams. Provide relevant information to the International Account Managers and in coordination of the relationship with the IBO team members at International level.

2. Meetings with prospects and existing clients (%50 clients, %50 prospects in the beginning and after a while can be changed as %70 , %30)

3. Manage TEB channel to enhance synergy for TEB Arval production and profitability.

4. Detection and selection of potential ideal clients

5. Collection of prospects and clients information from acquisition, internal sales and prospects and clients

6. Selling re contracting to clients

7. Ensure detailed visit reports and distribute to related people in the office and IBO.

8. Ensure confirmation letter after each meeting for clients & prospects

9. Define sales strategy per client, prospects and communicate CCP, TCO & Fleet reviews

10. Define commercial conditions & follow up the important quotations

11. Negotiate master agreements and content amendments

12. Negotiate with client & prospects for new purchases (NFN-NFO)

13. Obliged to have a good grasp of the Personal Data Protection Policy and to implement the rules in their area of responsibility.

14. Obliged to work in harmony with the KVKK Policy, provide feedback to improve the KVK Policy and act in cooperation

Requirements:

1. Preparation and planning of the sales actions (internal and external)

2. Negotiation Capabilities at Senior Level

3. Be able to understand influence and control the decision making process

4. Detailed knowledge of the IBO offer & Value Proposition as well as of the service capabilities in the ARVAL Entities

5. Excellent communication & presentation skills

6. 8/10 years’ experience in comparable position preferably in financial institutions, consulting firms, and automotive market

7. Ideally more than 5 years’ experience within the Operational Leasing Industry

8. Transversal management, Multi-canal ability

9. Leadership authority

11. Management by objectives

12. Open-Minded, innovative and autonomous

13. Fast, accurate and reliable

14. Fluent in Business English (ideally a 2nd language)

15. Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel
