GENEL NİTELİKLER

You will be responsible to implement proactive promotional activities and trainings for the assigned target audience in order to create market demand as well as to be involved in building long term customer relationships and identifying and developing sales opportunities. Reporting to the Technical and Design Promotion Manager, your skills and technical expertise will contribute to a variety of projects.


Your responsibilities

• Presents ABB products and tools to consultants and develops new markets for ABB products,

• Creates and implements the contact plan regarding target group (consultants, design institutes, engineering/architect offices, authorities etc.). to present and explain the technical features and benefits of ABB products to the end user,

• Implements proactive promotional activities for the customer target group, including e.g. technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars and education material,

• Manages and drives education of the target audience by conducting and organizing appropriate training interventions,

• Ensures efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques. Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy,

• Achieves key takeaway quality and quantitative targets (number of visits, follow-ups, number & type of projects) with specified target group and according to the sales strategy,

• Builds knowhow to develop an in-depth understanding of application areas of the target group. Gathers information from the target group to estimate future trends and market movements and to provide input to ABB,

• Establishes and maintains effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their current and future needs and to ensure the customer has a good understanding of the full ABB product/systems/services offering, features and benefits,

• Ensures a positive experience for the customer target group throughout the promotion activities,

• Continues visits to project planners and consultants and share experiences through technical solutions,

• Ensures cross-collaboration and continuously develops own and team members’ technical, commercial, design and behavioral competences and know-how.


Your background

• Degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent,

• Preferred to have min. 3 years experience in Technical role in the company of the similar field and to have proven few years experience in Marketing or Sales roles,

• Knowledge of LV and MV products and systems,

• Preferred knowhow of the ABB Electrification product portfolio and the organization,

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and familiar with technical drawings,

• BIM knowledge is preferred,

• Advanced level of English both verbally and in writing,

• Turkish knowledge is a must,

• Flexibility in travelling within the country and Europe,

• Capable having independent job and keeping contact from distant to team and management,

• Consultative problem solving, results oriented taking into account the solution selling principle and advantages,

• Excellent communication and presentation skills,

• Having a valid driving license, & no obstacle for traveling.
