QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

• Graduated from a reputable universities with Bachelor degree (Electric, Energy or related engineering field),

• 7-8 years experience in installation management, implementation of technology, engineering, technical services and product quality,

• Experience in Electric Vehicle sector would be an asset,

• Minimum 2 years experience at management level,

• Experience in implementation of the rules for environment, health and safety at work,

• Excellent command of verbal and written English is must,

• Excellent computer communication and technical presentation skills,

• Self-disciplined and motivated,

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and keep the team engaged,

•Ability to define problems, collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions,

• Excellent communication, decision making abilities and problem solving abilities,

• Able to travel and drive in Turkey and abroad,

• No military obligation for male candidates.


Main accountabilities and responsibilities:

• Coordination of technical team to side-work survey, installation and commisioning the EV chargers in order to improve operational efficiency and contribute information and expertise to technical team in the field,

• Capable of planning, organizing and controlling of technical activies on going operations,

• Manages, coaches and directs the Technical Team with a focus on creating outstanding leadership that results in a highly motivated, and high performance workforce,

• Develops strategic plans and priorities for the technical team, and measures the achievement of such goals, requirement etc.,

• Ensures standards for product quality, equipment, and technicians’ performance are maintained that cost-effective method is used to maximize operational efficiency,

• Creating and executing technical procedures and actions by reporting to upper level directors,

• Managing and contributing to other collegues in terms of pre-sale/after-sale affairs for individual and commercial client,

• Organizing and Follow-up with periodical maintenance affairs,

• Preparing cost analysis report according to technical surveys,

• Attending and presenting at national or international fairs, meetings, organization on behalf of the company,

• Coordinating technical and operational affairs between different disciplines of the company.
