Job Description


We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Technical Sales and Project Engineer(Automotive Electronic Control Units) in PS/SVT-C.

Your contribution to something big:

As ECU sales and project manager you will be responsible for acquiring future vehicle computer units and successfully run the development stages as project manager of the same and ongoing programs until your product successfully go in to series and assembled on vehicle on roads by customer (OEM).
• Lead individuals from different regions and disciplines, working as a customer team for achieving targets.
• Execute project management disciplines according to mobility business unit, powertrain solutions and local standards, using advanced digital tools.
• Preparation and presentation of project reviews and quality gates; identify and communicate escalation topics.
• Solve project related, customer related or acquisition related problems with out of the box thinking and communication skills.
• Lead all commercial topics associated with the projects including technical, content or sales management/negotiation with the customer.
• Direct the change management process including coordination with the Bosch plants, quotation of changes to ensure profitability targets and execute implementation to meet customer timing.
• Responsible for sample management and coordination. Confirm customer requirements, quoting and ordering to ensure orders are received and delivered on-time to meet customer technical specifications and project milestones.
• Manage and communicate customer program data for Bosch business planning activities.



Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (+Basic SW Knowledge),Electronic or Computer Engineering
• Interest in Automotive Technology Sector, eager to learn from wide range of different disciplines
• 4 or more years of previous project management, engineering, or sales experience
• Excellent oral and written (English) language skills required.
• Individual must be motivated and have ability to work independently.
• Ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations with Microsoft Powerpoint
• Must have advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft SWs: Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Teams
• Must be capable of learning other software tools.
• Individual must possess the interpersonal skills to communicate with coworkers and customers in a professional manner.
• Proven capability to negotiate and close complex topics
• Excellent organization skills.
• Experience with embedded SW and understanding of SW Architecture is plus
• Familiarity with Bosch PS program management and sales processes including iGPM, FLOW, MCR, MSP or CRM, SalesForce, powerBI
