Who you are


  • Bachelor degree in Electrical-Electronics, Machinery, Physics, Biomedical Engineering.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, development and leaderships qualifications for training programs for sales forces teams and customers including distributors.
  • To contribute planning & organization of exhibitions and seminars.
  • Think Global and act local with adaptation/Flexibility based customer type and market type.
  • Self-motivated, responsible and ambitious.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels (internal of Baxter and with customers) and ready to work in virtual team’s organization
  • Fluency in English

Summary


The Technical Service Coordinator will be in direct contact with Technical Service, Application Specialists and Field Support for TS Providers in Turkey, will be in charge of the organization and optimization of local TS provider organizations. Key responsibility is coordinating the delivery of Technical Service and support in the region both director/and through service providers for existing fleet installed. In addition, training and support prior to and during the launch of new machines.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Technical training and verification of effectiveness of the training Warranty system implementation and maintenance
  • Price for spare parts & service where appropriate. Spare parts stock guidelines for service providers
  • Direct service contract sales where appropriate.
  • Problem solving in the event a service provider cannot fix a complex fault Technical service performance and standards
  • Machine installation support to service providers where needed TS P&L follow up
  • Conference calls, transparency and reporting
