QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
KARMET BULGARIA LTD. is a group of companies located in Bulgaria with 3 branch offices in Europe, which produce and offer high-quality metal processing machinery worldwide. Company production is mainly focused on sheet metal working machines, such as: Press brakes, guillotine shears, eccentric presses, including automation of all cutting and bending processes and high tech innovations in order to satisfy the requirements of our valuable customers.
We expect applications to be submitted by professionals who meet the following requirements:
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduated bachelor or higher degree (preferable in Engineering);
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (second language is priority);
- Upper level mechanics, electric and electronic knowledge;
- Basic knowledge and experience of International Service and After Sales Support;
- To be at ease and proper while working with MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Teamwork skills: being an effective and organized group member;
- Possibility to go on service trips mainly out of Turkey - Europe and Far East for installing machines and doing training in English.
- Office Experience - General: Scheduling; Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation and Archive Skills, Meeting Planning, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Administrative Writing Skills;
- Dependability;
- Attention to Detail.
Work duties & responsibilities:
- To do the final tests of all machines before dispatch from Turkey and send report to headquarters.
- To organize all service schedules connected with the main administration in Bulgaria;
- To follow very professionally technical requests of customers and give prompt support and solutions;
- Keeping professional correspondence with the customers and dealers worldwide;
- Accomplishes organization goals;
- Exploring opportunities to add company value;
- Maintains office activities.
All suitable candidates for above position will pass a proper 4 weeks training in Bulgaria and Turkey afterwards they will start to operate in our branch office in Bursa Turkey.
