QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for team mates to join our family as a "Technical Support Specialist".
- Good personal communication skills and customer-oriented work mindset
- Should be able to work with flexible working hours.
- Should have Fluent English and Turkish speaking skills.
- Diligent and solution oriented.
- Should be convenient to travel.
- Should have strong abilities in planning, reporting and analyzing
- Military service should be completed for male candidates.
- Preferably candidates should reside in the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience on at least one or more of the below subjects ;
- Backup & Archiving solutions (Especially for Veritas Solutions - Enterprise Vault, Netbackup etc.)
- Microsoft Server Products Family (Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP etc.)
- Security Solutions (Antivirus, Mail Security, Data Loss Prevention, etc.)
- Basic Networking Solutions (Protocols, Switches, Firewalls etc.)
- Virtualization Technologies (Vmware, Hyper-V etc.)
- Server & Storage Technologies (Hardware Infrastructure)
Job Description;
- To give technical support for Veritas archiving solutions (Enterprise Vault) as a first point of contact via phone, email or service desk portal.
- To record the services provided to our customers according to their service level agreements and record all the troubleshooting tasks to company service desk portal.
- Fixing known problems, provide solutions and running troubleshooting tasks.
- To cooperate and provide coordination with vendor support teams.
