We seek for “Technical Training Manager” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge at Hitachi Energy at Power Transformers with below qualifications;

Your background

  • University degree in related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing / quality systems.
  • Able to create technical training program’s structure and deliver.
  • Experience in working in a faced paced, Continually changing, matrixed manufacturing environment.
  • Relevant experience in designing and organizing training programs for manufacturing industry.
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English and Turkish.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Projects.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication.
  • Being hardworking and self-motivated with excellent technical skills.
  • Completed military service for male applicants.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the training and development programs for Business Unit Transformers organisation.
  • Collaborate with HUB Leadership, Operations Leaders, HRBP’s and support functions to identify training and development improvements.
  • Consult & partner with HR to improve on -boarding programs for the workforce.
  • Track and review training effectiveness measures ( KPIs) to drive continuous improvement of programs and processes.
  • Ensure successful execution of training plans.
  • Maintain a training management system to track, monitor and measure effectiveness of training courses.
  • Ensure training and development implementation is aligned to expectations and standards for Transformer’s manufacturing.
  • Drives organizational accountability for training by providing insights on how to increase employee engagement and build employee capability.
  • Assess current state and recommend improved training solutions to achieve optimum employee performance development.
  • Manage training sources ( people, tools, equipment, facilities ) and budget.
  • Utilize Integrated Transformer Management ( ITM) system tools to drive business excellence at all levels of the organization.
  • Actively engage in benchmarking and sharing best of best practices with internal and external partners / locations.
