QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION:
· Report to Sourcing&Production Director.
· Responsible for Textile and/or Shoes category.
· Following-up supplier social compliance validity and other quality standards
· Sourcing, pricing, and order management of the relevant product categories.
· Ensuring color, fit and fabric standarts are met.
· Control production period and maintain strong communication with suppliers to follow-up critical path.
· Review quality reports and work closely with inspectors to support with technical solutions.
· Monitor the service level of suppliers and give training about updated requirements.
· Develop and maintain a clear communication among retail planning, design, quality teams and suppliers to ensure product quality and delivery lead times.
· Conduct the required correspondence regarding product approvals with the team in Nautica US.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Preferred Bachelor Degree in Textile Engineering.
· Minimum 3 years relevant QA/QC and/or planning experience in Textile (jersey&woven) or Shoes.
· Analytical, detailed, and have priority sense.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to work cross-functionally within a team.
· Able to travel frequently to factories.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Fluent in both written and spoken English.
· Reside in Çorlu region.
