QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Min. 2 years experience in related field,
· Fluency in both written and spoken English
· MS Office Applications knowledge
· Preferably knowledgeable in planning modules of ERP programs
· Preferably knowledgeable in SAP Supply Modules
· Preferably knowledgeable with experience in transit trade and foreign trader
· Strong multi-tasking and analytical skills,
· Communication skills,
· Be part of proactive team
· Eager to learn, open for improvement,
· No military obligation (for men)
· Located in Adana
Responsibilities and tasks
· Releasing and supplying orders from all plants in Europe
· Communicate with European plants and suppliers to get best lead time
· Creating purchase orders for 3rd party suppliers
· Analyze customer’s request with sales team
· Coordinate shipment priorities with production plants
· Providing all requested documents regarding goods and transportation according to customer requirements with production plants.
· Making regularly meeting with suppliers for customer needs
· Monitor forecast and follow up quotations
· Tracking KPIs
