The Quotation Engineer provides quotations for general and customized products for our clients worldwide with a focus within the Europe Middle East and Africa region. This role will be to analyses, calculate and deliver quotations in line with customer specifications, procedures and guidelines and to work with our internal and external customers globally. We’re also looking for commercial and technical savvy Quotation Engineers to join our Front End team, partnering in a dynamic environment with customers in Data Centres, Utilities & Industrial. Job Responsibilities
- Interpreting and analysing customer requests for quotations, searching for relevant information and working with our internal engineering, sales and marketing teams
- Specifying, calculating and preparing quotations according to company's standard procedures
- Working with different internal expert teams and external customers
- Understanding the market trends and the competition offering
- Applying knowledge of Eaton products (Medium and Low Voltage platforms) and understanding of distribution networks, plant front-end scheduling, engineering and manufacturing process and equipment cycle time
- Maintaining existing customer relationship and building new ones
- Providing technical advice and support
Are you?
Required:
- Graduated from universities with Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Industrial Engineering departments (or related departments).
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar position
- Good knowledge of Low and Medium Voltage systems
- Knowledgeable insights on any key segments (Utilities, Datacenter and Industrial)
- Familiar with ERP programs, technical drawing knowledge, analysis and reporting knowledge
- Negotiation skill, problem solving, analytical skills
- Fluent speaking and writing in English and Turkish
