We supply our products and solutions to a wide range of different industrial sectors, including mechanical and systems engineering, the automotive sector, packaging technology, the chemicals industry, the oil and gas industry, and the pharmaceuticals sector.

Now the company is looking for a

Technical Support Engineer

Required qualifications for this job;

University degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, computer sciences or equivalent automation technologies.
Bachelors degree or 1-3 years in sales support, marketing or customer service,
Proven experience in automation products (IO Communication, Vision Sensors, Proximity, Positioning, Photoelectric, Ultrasonic sensor and Encoders experience highly preferred) marketing/sales/business development roles,
Ability to analyze market trends, competitor prices and make data-driven recommendations to management,
Provide technical solutions that will fulfil the customer needs,
Being part of next Industrie 4.0,
Experience interacting with customers, partners, and press with accuracy and professionalism,
Strong communication skills, especially the ability to write technical content in a clear and concise language,
Experience launching successful products.

What else do I need to qualify for this job?

Very good command of English is preferable
Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel and Powerpoint is a must)
Able to work independently, self-motivated with a strong drive to win
Excellent communication skills, able to work in a team environment, analytical, decision making and problem-solving, self-motivated skills
Male candidates should have completed the military service
Flexible for domestic and international travelling
Driving licence
Living in İstanbul (Anatolian side preferred)

İŞ TANIMI

What are his/her responsibilities?

Providing technical solutions and preparing technical documentation
Maintenance and formation of technical database
Preparing demo cases and panels for marketing
Conducting technical training for customers and colleagues
Conducting technical analysis of competitor’s product and following market demand
Preparing technical reports and recommendations for the R&D department
Performs other duties as requested and within areas of expertise
Planning and supporting the launch of new products and releases
Use online webinar tools, face-to-face meetings and presentation and demonstration systems to engage with customers/sales team and increase their understanding of products sourcing and developing new customers/business
Evaluate market analyses and interpret the results
To manage communication processes with local and foreign guests
To manage relationships with direct sales channels and distributers
