QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree in Engineering,
- At least 3 years experience (especially about Hydroelectric Power Plant)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German
- No restriction for travelling frequently for short-term and/or long-term projects
- Working coordinationwith other departments,
- Reading and evaluating technical drawing /specification
- Having information about import, export and customs processes
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performing research activities to determine a list of possible vendors,
- Conducting research on the basis of the supplier in the fastest and cheapest way for the products, services, raw materials and similar products to be purchased from the country or imported from abroad,
- Arranging meetings with vendors and confering with them to provide them with requirements
- Making purchase orders and have them signed by production managers
- Following the procurement procedures prepared with technical specifications
- Ensuring that the right amount of materials are delivered to the production pallet at the right time
- Checking shipments to ensure the quality and quantity of purchased items
- Liaisoning with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and purchase orders
- Researching pricing information and compare prices and quotations
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
