Responsibilities:
· Following up with the targets and realized targets given to the sales team regularly,
· Determining the needs of the target audience and share this information with the telesales representatives as the team leader,
· Following up with the product family of the company and mastering all the features of the products,
· Learning about competitors' products and determining the differences from our products,
· Following potential issues on a regular basis and share them with the top management,
· Motivating the team to achieve goals in certain periods,
· Regularly follow up the sales calls of the team; identify and support areas to be improved,
· Examining the call lists, reporting the problems to the Telesales Channel Director,
· Ensuring a fair distribution of call lists within the team,
· Following up on extended calls; intervening and supporting when necessary,
· Informing and keeping the team up to date according to compliance & legal regulations applied for the call center,
· Making call efficiency analysis for the team and reporting to the top management.
Requirements:
· Relevant Bachelor's Degree,
· Minimum of 3 years of management experience in Telesales,
· Good human relations, capability of effective communication and representation, proneness to teamwork,
· Advanced planning and organizational skills,
· Attention, target and result-orientation,
· Ability to use MS Office programs effectively,
. Completed military service for male candidates.
