QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Call Center Supervisor" to work at BOMO SUITES one of Turkey's International Real Estate Investment and Marketing institutions.

Requirements

· At least 3 years of call center customer service experience

· Fluent in English or Arabic or Persian speaker,

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

· Recognizing and understanding people's emotions to cooperate,

· Problem-solving, responsibility, and customer service skills,

· Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and cope with tense situations, especially during rush hour.

Job Description

· Monitoring call center operations,

· Follow-up of alternative channel operations and new call center projects,

· Answering difficult calls

· Working in line with the call center goals and preparing periodic reports to the manager and analyzing the data.
