QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help creating targets for individuals and teams
  • Give trainings to new employees in Call Center
  • Answering questions from staff and providing guidance and feedback
  • Updating information about all of our projects
  • Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
  • Keep management well-informed about issues and problems
  • Prepare monthly/annually results and performance reports


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Havin Turkish Citizenship is preferable
  • Minimum 3 years in the same psition as Call Center Supervisor in Real Estate Sector
  • Proficient in English; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus, second language is preferable (Arabic, Persian etc.)
  • Working knowledge of MS Words and ability to make reports
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • High school diploma
