The Test Manager is responsible for all Tasks concerning Tests in the Rollout of a software in business partners network
Job Description
· Planning and controlling the tests (effort, deadlines, costs / budget)
· Creation of test concept
· Coordinating of creation of test cases
· Coordinate test execution and test resources
· Setting up Test Automation
· Setting up and implementing the defect management in test projects (in Jira & confluence), including documentation of the interim and final results
· Creation of the test-specific status reports and final reports (possibly a summary)
· Creation of the risk table and responsibility for test-specific risk management
· Achieving the overall technical and functional acceptance and the overall release
· Conducting lessons learned workshops
Qualifications
· Experience in complex E2E system landscape
· Good Knowledge in test automation
· Good Jira / Confluence experience
· Bachelor's degree of relevant education
· Fluent in English
· Experience in stakeholder management
· Work experience min. 3 years in an international company (service)
· Competence in communication, committee work and international projects
· Affinity to digital/ IT solutions
· High analytical/conceptual/process-related/intercultural competence
· Focused on goals and results
· Ability to work in a team
· Good communication skills
· High resilience in time-critical tasks
