Maurer Torbali Genleşme Derzleri San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti is a leading manufacturer of Bridge Bearings, Expansion Joints and earthquake protection systems. We are looking for your support as soon as possible to strengthen the technical office in the field of testing & certification of structural bearings
Testing and certification engineer
Your tasks:
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of the test setup and implementation
• Independent operation of the 20 MN hydraulic test press
• maintenance of daily operations of testing equipment
• Coordination of the test planning with related departments
• Regular function checks and checking of the safety devices
• Organization and documentation of regular sensor calibrations
• Carrying out internal maintenance measures as well as planning, coordinating, and monitoring external work on the machine.
• Programming the measurement and control technology, setting the control variables, performing software updates
• Evaluation of the test data and preparation of test reports
• Customer support within the scope of the experiment
• Cross-departmental cooperation (sales & production as well as certification body)
• Creation of test programs according to customer specifications (e.g. EN 15129)
• Participation in the continuous further development of our products in coordination with technical office in Torbalı and Munich as well as research and development department
• Technical documentation of the orders
Your qualification:
• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or electrical engineering
• First professional experience, ideally in a certified test laboratory
• A high degree of self-initiative and the ability to work independently on projects
• Knowledge of the control, maintenance, and servicing of hydraulic testing machines
• Experience in the construction of steel components with 3D CAD software, e. B. SolidWorks
• Confident handling in the application of technical regulations (Eurocode, AASHTO)
• Excellent knowledge of English language, preferably B2 or higher as per Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Knowledge of German language will be considered an asset.

• No military service requirement for male candidates
