QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Leading a team of engineers and technicians to accomplish hardware, software, mechanical and safety tests for new samples/prototypes of TV sets and home appliances.
- Updating the current test methodologies by creating new test cases based on the system requirements.
- Following running tests and giving approvals for products and new alternative components according to the purchasing/production plans.
- Following production plan in order to ensure the availability of all approvals related to the planned production.
- Reporting the project status regularly.
Qualification Requirements:
- BSc or BEng in related field (Electronics or Computer Engineering is preferred), MSc is a plus.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in electronics,abackground in home appliances is a plus.
- Team leadership skills
- Project management skills and analytical thinking
- Strong communicational and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, well organized and team player
- Having strong PC skills (especially MS Office programmes)
- Good knowledge of English language
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Living/ willing to live in European side of İstanbul
