QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related departments,
- Min. 5 years of experience in Product Management,
- Working experience in cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D or related areas is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- No restriction to travel,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,

The position is located in Sütlüce.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Product Management (Home Comfort – Airconditioners, Purifiers /Air Quality) who will join our team at Product Management Directorate.
- Working closely with multi-functional and multi-national teams to create and execute, global long-term product group road-maps,
- Having strong analytical, marketing and product management skills and long-term approach,
- Understanding consumer insights,
- Analyzing market, consumer and technology trends to offer innovative projects,
- Leading the entire product journey end-to-end, from the emergence of the product idea with the consumer's need, to the product launch and analysis of market performance.
- Managing product ranges, with P&L, efficiency and strategic pricing approach, in coordination with regional and local teams.
