QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Akenerji is the first private electricity generation auto-producer established in Turkey. Since its establishment in 1989, Akenerji has grown its activities in generation, retail sales and trading in both local and international markets. Akenerji’s current installed capacity is now 1224 MW supplying nearly 3% of Turkey’s consumption.
We are looking for Trade Operations & Support Specialist for our trade department. The selected candidate will support the department in all trade operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or engineering fields
- Preferably have minimum 2 years of experience in electricity or gas sectors
- High attention to detail an ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Good command of English (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving and negotiation abilities
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Daily colletarel management
- Contract management & negotiation process
- Processes the transactions for electricity, gas cross border activities and ensures that accurate trading information is represented within the internal software
- Reports on a daily basis the transaction results
- Makes settlements with counterparties, related governmental institutions and brokerage companies
- Keeps record of and archives all documentation related with each transactions
- Maintaining ETRM System requirements in daily basis
- Working closely with traders and coordinating finance, custom, accounting departments to have a smooth operational process, solve problems and ensure work quality
- Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with counterparties.
