QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from related departments,
- 1-3 years of operations experience (import&export operations experience is an asset),
- Advanced English both written and oral, as well as Microsoft Office programs
- ERP experience is an asset
- Multi-tasking team member and advanced follow-up skills desired
Responsibilities
- Closely monitoring the import&export operations in accordance with the regulations
- Providing the communications between the third parties as such customs brokers and logistics firms
- Regularly informing the related departments, on time updates are crucial
- Planning and executing the operations in line with customer delivery dates
- Collecting prices from the logistics firms
- Preparing the related reports and documents
