At least 2 years of training experience in a BPO environment;
Availability to work various shifts;
Excellent command of MS Office programs;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills both orally and written;
Ability to analyze a problem and provide viable solutions;
Your day in Conectys:
You will create, facilitate, organize and deliver training and workshop programs;
You will create and improve training support materials/documentation;
You will plan and organize the professional development of employees’ work activity related capabilities;
You will evaluate operations employees’ training needs and suggests refreshment/retraining sessions when needed;
You will perform follow up activities upon completion of the training/workshop programs in order to evaluate the impact and efficiency of the training/workshop as shown in the work activity performance;
You will develop and implement monitoring systems for assuring continuous development of work abilities and competencies acquired as a result of the training/workshops delivered;
You will develop and implement testing methods in order to evaluate the progress of employees during forming/training period;
