GENEL NİTELİKLER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leadership of local technical training program related to Safety division for technical service team and newcomers of company.
- Participate “train the trainer” programs in Dräger Academy for all product groups of Safety Division.
- Organize the after sales product training programs in customer facility or Dräger Turkey Academy.
- Collaborate with technical service team to implement pre-sales educational and product training programs.
- Organize pre-sales training / demonstration for respiratory protection products with sales and service team.
- Collaborate with sales / marketing team for launch and new product introduction activities.
- Built the knowledge for application based customer training.
- Organize training programs to Increase occupational health and safety awareness for sales / service team.
- Realize and lead field safety analysis & evaluation in the key account safety projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of reputable universities,
- Having at least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- Having Occupational Safety Certificate (preferably A or B Class)
- Advance user of MS Office applications,
- Advance level in both written and spoken English,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Organizational skills, capacity to transfer knowledge to delegates,
- Military service must be completed for male candidates,
- No restrictions for travel,
- Having B class driving license.
