Qualifications:
• Preferably bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, International Trade or related fields
• Import, Export, Logistics and Supply Chain operations knowledge is nice to have.
• Advanced level of both written and spoken Spanish
• Minimum Upper Intermediate level of both written and spoken English
• Very good command of Microsoft Excel
• High customer focus and teamwork spirit
• Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues
• Clear understanding of KPI and basic knowledge of KPI preparation
Job Description:
• Planning the order in given time window to prevent any delay on delivery
• Ensuring an efficient and proactive communication with related parties
• Contacting the final customer to request a booking for delivery if needed
• Arranging a carrier solution and coordinate the loading slot with DC upon availability of capacity
• Following the delivery process
• Defining and contributing to increase operational performance by generating/implementing projects, ideas and solution
• Following the Carrier and DC are updating the necessary information/milestone in OTM
• Following the daily tasks for the carriers and DC, to ensure each process has been completed on time and correctly
•Maintain OTM updated with the latest operational data and costs
