Satış ekibine koçluk ve liderlik etmek,

Şirket ve alıcılar arasındaki bağı kurmak ,

Satış ekibini eğitmek,

Satış ekibine bireysel hedefler belirlemek ,

Yönetim için satış raporları hazırlamak ,

Tur programları ve müşteriler için gerekli belgelerin hazırlanmasını denetlemek ,

Dijital olarak raporlar aracılığıyla satış rakamlarının takibi, toplanması ve raporlanması.






AZAD TOURS HAJJ AND UMRAH SALES


The HAJJ AND UMRAH Sales Manager is responsible for hiring, training and motivating their team to grow the business. Sales Manager also acts as a human resource manager to the team below him/her, using reports and targets to evaluate performance.


TASKS

  • Supporting and managing a HAJJ and UMRAH sales team.

  • Generating new customers in new markets.

  • Managing a sales team by providing leadership, management and coaching.

  • Assisting in negotiations between company and vendors.

  • Training team about negotiations, strategies and goal planning.

  • Setting individual team targets with team and company management.

  • Oversee preparation of all necessary documentation required for tour programs and clients.

  • Planning and directing sales team training

  • Generating sales reports for management.

  • Tracking, collecting and reporting sales figures through computerized reports.

  • Staying informed about the tourism industry and latest news regarding tourism sector.

  • Analyze market trends to develop new products with marketing and management.

  • Attend exhibitions and fairs as company representative.
