Your opportunity with the Twill
• You will be the spokesperson of Twill’s mission to make shipping simple, helping shape Twill into a commercial & operational success
• You will be part of the team disrupting the End to end logistic industry with people and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the team’s (5 to 10 people ) performance on growth through the Twill value proposition and the delivery of a customer centric and digital mindset, primarily on L&S penetration to provide E2E service to Twill customer.
• Leverage your understanding of the local business environment to support development of the local growth & retention strategy while contributing to the global direction of Twill.
• Lead and develop a cross functional team who is addicted to grow, set clear direction and target for the team
• Be the voice of customer in Twill and a true customer ambassador.
• Develop and share customer insights that can assist in enhancing the Twill value proposition
• Actively monitor local CXM (Customer Satisfaction ) status and drive local improvement
• Coach and develop direct reports.
• Manage team capacity according to customer needs.
• Monitor and manage team engagement.

LCL and Airfreight Operational Experience is an asset
Direct or indirect leadership experience would round up your profile.
Fluency in English and Turkish is a must
