QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Jotform is an online form builder with over 13 Million users worldwide. Our offices are located in San Francisco, Ankara and Izmir. We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for designing various parts of our web application. This position is in our Ankara office, located at a relaxed fun environment in Hacettepe Teknokent.
Here are the requirements for this position:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field (Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Communication, UX Design, etc) or relevant agency or extensive UX and UI design experience
- Deep knowledge on Designing systems, pattern libraries, Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator) Sketch, Principle or similar design tools
- Involvement of all stages of the design process including creation of design concepts, developing interactive prototypes, devising and conducting experiments, and delivering applications
- Clear and positive communication skills in written and spoken English
- Strong communication, persuasion and team working skills
- A passion to learn and keep up with the cutting edge technologies
- A maker/builder mentality
- Being obsessively detail oriented
- Openness to feedback
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
When you will be a member of our team, you will be dealing with:
- Understanding user problems, coming up with reasonable solutions and designing thoughtful user experiences that are functional, usable and aesthetic
- Thinking through a workflow and making major, sometimes daring design decisions to reinvent it
- Working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, creative exchange opinion meetings with cross-functional teams
- Work together with the product team to build a consistent user interface and experience across the whole customer journey
- Review and iterate on current designs
- Work in a collaborative cross-functional product team
- Work closely with product management, front end developers, devOps and other designers
- Design and build new features for Jotform
