QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Mauser Packaging Solutions, a leading industrial packaging company of the World, is looking for 'Production Engineers' for its Plant in Gebze Kocaeli:
- University degree from a reputable university in engineering (preferably in "industrial" / "mechanical" / "electrical" / "material science" disciplines)
- Willing to work in production environment
- Advanced computer skills (especially in MS Office applications) with ERP knowledge&experience being an asset
- Preferably experienced in lean manufacturing tools
- Excellent command in English (Knowledge of German will be an asset)
- Ready to work in flexible working hours
- Strong relationship building, communication and problem solving/analytical skills
- Ability to manage multitasks effectively
- Living in Anatolian side of Istanbul or around Gebze-Izmit area
- No military service obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
The position will be reporting to the Production Chief and the responsibilities will be as follows:
- Monitoring production processes and improving necessary fields
- Supervising lean management tools
- Supporting planning&logistics processes
- Supporting ERP applications
- Liasing among different departments, e.g planning, quality, maintenance etc
- Ensuring that health and saftey guidelines are followed
