Product Manager
We as Senomed International, one of the leading Medical Device company in Ophthalmology Market in Turkey and Middle Asia by distributing Rayner Introcular Lenses, GMV-Plexr, Diopsys Inc., Espansione Eye light, are looking for a Product Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Strong analytical thinking
- Min. 3 years experience in Ophthalmology is preferable
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of Computer especially MS Office / Mac Office Products
- Military service completed for male candidates
- Having no restrictions for traveling
- Able to work flexible hours
- Prone to teamwork
Main responsibilities of Product Manager:
- Product positioning (range and price)
- Competitors benchmarking
- Value proposition study of our product portfolio between competition
- Defining white spots within the product portfolio and making market analysis.
- Regular reporting to the Management
- Defining product improvement needs and coordinate between Commercial & Quality and R&D departments
- Based on the Turkish Health Ministry Regulations, adaptation into local language with Brand management
- Within the scope of the development of the stock options and planning strategies; development of stock option plan, range plan and package plan,
