Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication Design or related field,
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within user experience and coversion optimization projects
- Experienced in using Google Analytics, Big Query,Google Optimize and big data analysing,
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities:
- Working as a multidiciplinary team and innovative projects: Product Development, Marketing Business Development and UI Design Teams
- Monitoring the shopping funnel and customer experince regularly.
- Creating & analyzing & reporting funnels to get deep insights in key metrics by understanding of customer behavior
- Analysing and mapping User Experience of Customer Journey with user tests, A-B testing focus groups and data mining.
- Figuring out the improvement areas of customer experience and shopping funnel.
- Manage a Midweight UX/UI Designer, supporting their development and growth.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing, CRM ,Category & Business Analytics , SEO team and the development team to ensure design ideas are achievable, building development considerations into your decisions.
- Management and organization of the study; drafting of the facilitation guide, collection and reporting of insights
