QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics or similar field of studies

•Minimum Upper Intermediate level of both written and spoken English

•Very good command of Microsoft Excel

•Having good analytical and numerical skills

•Having strong communication skills

•Having excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills

•Able to work in flexible working hours and to travel for abroad business trips

Job Description:

•Create a supply chain network design and route optimization initiatives to minimize logistics costs

•Understanding customer requirements and translates this into initiatives for his/her business area

•To coordinate with a number of different functions within all DHL divisions

•To coordinate and provide leadership to a project team in order to maximize output on strategic initiatives

•Commercial awareness and understanding of key cost drivers within the supply chain

•Supporting financial and operational management, and ensuring both customers and DHL requirements are met

•Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that DHL provides the customer with a best in class supply chain solution through the use of mutually agreed carriers

•Ensure all savings are tracked and recorded in line with agreed customer methodologies

•To manage and report gain share savings to both internal and external customers

•Develop effective plans to for business improvement activities and development of customer account

•Support achievement of contractual cost down targets

•Showing high multitasking ability to deal with multiple saving projects at the same time

•Reporting of delivered projects regularly
