QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The qualifications are:
· High school or University degree preferably Tourism & Hotel Management,
· Good command of English
· At least 2+ years of Waiter / Waitress experience in luxury hotel management.

- Supervise the activities of the Busboys in an assigned area
- Conduct an efficient and courteous service to the guests
- Assure a good maintenance of tables at all tables.
- Check the standard and quality of Food and Beverage
- Check the extra needs of the guest.
- Present menus, answer to questions, and make suggestions to the guests.
- Provide service to all guests in accordance with the established quality service standards
- Maintain the quality standard set.
- Welcome guests at the stations.
- Set-up the tables as per the reservations and per the standards.
- Serve guests Food and Beverage within good condition and in time.
- Check tables constantly and keep eye contact with the guest all time.
- Attend work on time as scheduled.
- Follow hotel grooming and dress standards.
- Minimize safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by his / her Supervisor.
