QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree from faculty of Engineering or faculty of Economics & Administrative Sciences,
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Manufacturing & Warehouse & Inventory,
- Having experience of Managing teams and Warehouse Operations,
- Having knowledge of business improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma/ etc.),
- Good level of MS Office knowledge and experience of stock management systems (WMS, eWM),
- Ability to interact different levels with solid communication skills,
- A lateral thinker with a positive approach to problem solving and seeking solutions,
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English,
- Excellent organizational skills,
- Living or willing to live in Eskişehir.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day warehouse activities,
- Provide leadership, control and direction to ensure the compliance of corporate inventory management and warehouse policies and procedures,
- Take complete ownership for all stock and inventory management to ensure the warehouse always runs smoothly and efficiently,
- Undertake all aspects of storekeeping to include system management and correctly logging stock and despatch receipts etc.
- Analyze and make recommendations to reduce, optimize and control inventory levels while meeting business requirements,
- Develop work performance KPIs and inventory warehouse project milestones,
- Investigate anomalies within your area of responsibility and take action to rectify,
- Manage and develop warehouse employees,
- Develop warehouse processes and procedures,
- Visibly demonstrate commitment to Health & Safety performance and Continuous Improvement by actively engaging with people at all levels to raise awareness of safe behavior and attitude.
