QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Perfetti Van Melle, one of the largest multinational companies in the confectionary market, owner of leading local and global brands like Vivident, Mentos, Chupa Chups or Big Babol would like to employ Warehouse Supervisor.
Warehouse Supervisor will work on Supply Chain Department and will be reporting to Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities
- Controlling the accuracy of all inventory transactions related to the warehouses
- Following up all documents and papers related to the warehouses
- Preparing daily and monthly stocktaking lists
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports related to warehouse processes
- Reporting the problems encountered related to warehouse processes
- Ensuring all activities performed in warehouse are in line with required HES standards
- Being responsible of warehouse related Co-Packing activities
- Following up the proper application of Health & Environmental & Safety Management System, to prevent the work and environmental accidents and take related measures
- Performing regular refreshment trainings about warehouse procedures for warehouse operators and keeping training data updated
Qualifications required for this position are as follows;
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably from Warehouse Management and Logistics),
- Min. 2 years experience of Logistics and Warehouse Management
- Good command of written and verbal English,
- Good command of MS Office and SAP,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong analytical & reporting skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Technical Equipment Knowledge in Warehouse & Logistics
- Residing in Istanbul European side
