GAMA Enerji A.Ş, one of the lead Turkish Energy company with an international operating asset, is looking for highly motivated candidates in Plants as Wind Power Plant Operations Manager.

Job Description

• Planning, executing, balancing, controlling and monitoring below mentioned works in compliance with global technical standards and local regulations under time, cost and performance manners.
• Managing Wind Turbine Service activities in line with OEM Service Agreement scope
• In house O&M activities of; 34,5&154kV swithcyards & auxiliary equipments -from A to Z-, Force Majoure issues, weak points’ integrity management and out of covered turbine scope of works,
• Interface for wind turbine and switchyard major tech issues resolution (RCAs, retrofits, etc.) and represent the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the company’s benefits
• Contract management & negotiation (including OEM wind turbine and other auxiliary services)
• Optimize and validate commercial cost assumptions and apply lessons learnt into future contracts (scope T&Cs, availability targets, staffing model, Do’s & Don’ts).
• Warranty & Insurance claim management
• Administrative issues -not limited with customs, transportation, accounting, budgeting, etc.
• Supporting commercial team with accurate energy forecasting processes
• Risk management, Regulations & Standarts follow up, EHS issues management, ISO certification management processes, SWOT analyse management
• Ensure high asset reliability in line with recent KPI targets without compromise to employee safety or environmental commitments
• Preparation of technical specifications for quotation and evaluation
• Analyzing spare parts and cost of materials, controlling and counting warehouse materials to get maximum efficiency with minimum order
• Develop, plan, and implement short&long range goals in line with optimization targets
• Analyzing problems and finding new methods to improve efficiency and decrease troubles
• Develop technical solution and adaptation for local regulations as well as environmental requirements
• Assisting Head Quarter in providing oversight and direction to all mission critical programs
• Providing the leadership, management skills, and technical knowledge in mobilizing human and physical resources to achieve service objectives within the facility
• Handling official communications, local people relationships
• Multi-task management and coordination
• In case of Project Development; supervising eBOP and mBOP sides from construction phase to commercial operation date
• Leading hand over tasks (IIP inspection process, non conformity reportings, punch lists preparations, etc.) from project to operation phase
• End of Warranty and independent party inspection & investigation processes
