To support our team in Istanbul, we are looking to recruit a Contract Manager.

  • Degree in an Engineering , Law,Business or similar fields
  • Experience in contract management and knowledge in contract structure and content assessment for large value complex projects (Ideally in Energy)
  • Min. 5 years of experience in similar Contractual Management position
  • Proficiency in MS-Office
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to details and able to read between the lines
  • Deadline conscious and self motivated
  • Self-confident, highly proactive personality who is convincingly team-oriented
  • In possesion of driving license

Job Description:

  • Expert for After Sales /O&M contracts forpotential projects andexisting wind farms,
  • Responsible for involving related areas such as Service Management in new negotiated contract conditions (both new/existing customers), before signature and to keep Service organization in region up to date regarding changing contractual content,
  • Ensuring that all prescribed procedures and milestones are followed Contracts closure, including drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution (Claim Management), in collaboration with Legal, Sales, Finance andall related dept,
  • Existing customers/contracts: negotiation and termination of O&M contracts (follow-up contracts, extensions or adjustments of existing contracts), including tender preparation and contract negotiation,
  • New customers/contracts: Supporting Sales department in the region as specialist on O&M contract related items, participate and support in tender preparation and negotiations,
  • First point of contact for After Sales Manager,Service Department and Sales department for all O&M contract related questions,
  • Subject Matter Expert for After Sales Manager, Service organization and customer on O&M contracts,
  • Availability and flexibility to travel 25%.
