QUALIFICATIONS
- BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering etc.
- Experience in client operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS)
- Experience in MS Active Directory and Domain Infrastructure
- Experience in Powershell and scripting languages
- Experience in Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Experience in or willing to learn EPM tools.
- Experience in or willing to learn Mobile Iron Mobile Device Management platform,
- Experience in or willing to learn IAM (Identity and Access Management) tools.
- Experience in DNS, Certificates, Microsoft Teams, One Drive,ExchangeOnline and other Office 365 products
- Experience in Office 365 AntiSpam and URL Filter products,
- Embracing customer first approach, able to develop trust-based relationship with customers and understand their needs
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and motivation in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to orchestrate multiple projects and priorities in alignment with current business objectives
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To define the architecture and standards of Microsoft products and the digital workplace technologies in accordance with the enterprise architecture. Design modern workplace approach for end-user in private, public and hybrid cloud platforms
- Designing, developing and maintaining client and mobile device management infrastructure
- Automation with scripting languages
- Golden image/template preparation service for Windows Clients
- Create, change, design and deploy AD group policy for Windows Clients
- Configuration and management of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration
- Monitoring security agents and create update packages for security
- Packing of new applications requested using the Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Create packages for monthly Microsoft client OS patches using the Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
